School Engine Service

The School Engine service is priced annually per student with no limit on the number of courses or teachers. School Engine comes with a unlimited email and online support along with excellent online training tutorials and "how-to" videos.

Approximate annual cost: About $4 per student per year (average for most schools; depends on total school size)
One-time setup fee: $450 per school
Support included: Unlimited email and online support
Training materials included: Online training tutorials, "how-to" videos, extensive documentation

Extended Support Package

All School Engine solutions come with a Standard Support Package free of charge which includes unlimited email and online support. If you think your institution may require toll-free telephone support, you may wish to choose the Extended Support Package.

Annual cost: Additional $1 per student per year
Email support included: Unlimited
Phone support included: Unlimited

On-Site Training Seminars

Every School Engine solution includes an array of free online training tutorials, “how-to” videos, and easy-to-understand documentation. For those schools with “computer-challenged” faculty, School Engine offers optional training seminars on-site at your institution. On-Site Training has a limit to the number of learners to ensure the quality of training.

Cost per seminar: $950 plus expenses
Number of learners: Up to 10
Length of seminar: 6 hours
